Pull down your notifications and tap it, or find RentTrack in your Files app under Downloads.
Allow this one install
Android will say your browser is "not allowed to install unknown apps". Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then press Back.
Tap Install
If Play Protect says the app is unknown, choose Install anyway. It appears because we are not on the Play Store yet, not because anything is wrong with the app.

Open RentTrack and log in with the same email and password you use on the website.
Is this safe? Yes. The warning simply means Android hasn't seen this app on the Play Store. Only ever install RentTrack from renttrack.jmkits.net — never from a file someone sends you. You can switch the "unknown sources" permission back off straight after installing.
